Hunter came to Laramie for school at the University of Wyoming and graduated with a BS in Management of Human Resources. After working at local financial institution here in Laramie and meeting so many wonderful people, Hunter knew Laramie was the place to be. After learning how powerful of an asset real estate is, he began his career. Since then, he has developed a true passion for helping others with every aspect of real estate. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.

Clayton was born and raised in Clearmont, WY where he grew up working on his Grandfather’s Ranch. He later moved to Laramie to attend the University of Wyoming where he graduated with a BS in Economics. Post-graduation, Clayton has been a part of multiple start-up ventures, where he helped raise capital for seed funding rounds. After years of interest and studying real estate he began his real estate journey. He enjoys assisting others, entrepreneurship, and spending time in the Snowy Range Mountains.

Katelyn came to Laramie for school at the University of Wyoming. She graduated with a degree in Biology in 2022 but fell in love with the Laramie community and decided to stay. She has a passion for real estate and has found what she truly loves doing with Vista Range Properties. She is so glad to be able to make a difference and help people every day. In her free time, she likes to renovate houses, spend time with her family, and play with her pets, Henry & Roma.
